Definitely, we will send you the product that can be seen in pictures but we can't guarantee color exactly matches the product because the color might be enhanced to show the picture better
If you have provided an email address during the order process. an invoice will be sent as attachments while email will also contain receipt of purchase.
You can fill out the contact form with Order Number and other details. We will verify the provided information within 7 days and will initiate the exchange process.
You can subscribe the items that are out of stock. We try out best to restock the items that may be out of stock. When you subscribe, you will get notification of the items that are restocked.
Normally an Order will be shipped on same day if the orders are placed before 5PM. Order that are received after 5PM will be shipped next day.
